Gift Vouchers

A gift towards the purchase of any meal at Catch at the Old Fish Market.

Value

Terms of use

  1. Purchasers must be 18 years old or over.
  2. The voucher is valid for use within 12 months of the date of issue. After this expiration date, its value will be forfeited.
  3. The voucher may be redeemed up to the value indicated on the voucher as part or full payment for the purchase of any meal, or food or drink items, at Catch at the Old Fish Market, at menu prices at the time of redemption. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount, or to purchase other gift vouchers.
  4. The voucher can only be used in a single transaction. No cashback will be offered if the value of the meal is less than the value of the voucher. If the value of the meal exceeds the value of the voucher, the remaining balance must be paid in another form.
  5. The voucher is not refundable and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit.
  6. A non-refundable deposit of £30 per person is required for all reservations, including those where a voucher will be used for purchase. Guests making a reservation by phone or email can use the voucher in part as the deposit so long as its value matches or exceeds the total deposit amount. Cancellation of the booking will forfeit the value of the deposit against the voucher. Guests reserving online cannot use the voucher for the deposit.
  7. The restaurant does not admit children under 12 years of age.
  8. Dogs, other than assistance dogs, are not permitted in the restaurant.
  9. Special dietary requirements must be confirmed with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. 
  10. Guests must bring a digital or printed copy of the voucher with them when they visit the restaurant.
  11. The restaurant is not liable for any voucher that is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. Vouchers will not be replaced.
  12. The restaurant reserves the right to cancel the voucher for any misuse or violation of terms.
  13. Terms of use for the voucher are subject to change without notice and are available at all times on our website.
