Terms of use

  1. Purchasers must be 18 years old or over.
  2. The voucher is valid for use within 12 months of the date of issue. After this expiration date, its value will be forfeited.
  3. The voucher may be redeemed as payment for dinner for the specified number of people at Catch at the Old Fish Market, Thursday to Saturday only, excluding drinks. It cannot be used to purchase any other meal or supplementary food or drink item. If the total value of the meal exceeds the value of the voucher, the remaining balance must be paid in another form.
  4. The voucher cannot be redeemed against special events, such as Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day or any other event specified by the restaurant, regardless of whether these are dinner events.
  5. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount, or to purchase other gift vouchers.
  6. The voucher can only be used in a single transaction.
  7. The voucher is not refundable and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit.
  8. A non-refundable deposit of £30 per person is required for all reservations, including those where a voucher will be used for purchase. Guests making a reservation by phone or email can use the voucher in part as the deposit so long as its value matches or exceeds the total deposit amount. Cancellation of the booking will forfeit the value of the deposit against the voucher. Guests reserving online cannot use the voucher for the deposit.
  9. The restaurant does not admit children under 12 years of age.
  10. Dogs, other than assistance dogs, are not permitted in the restaurant.
  11. Special dietary requirements must be confirmed with a minimum of 48-hours’ notice.
  12. Guests must bring a digital or printed copy of the voucher with them when they visit the restaurant.
  13. The restaurant is not liable for any voucher that is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. Vouchers will not be replaced.
  14. The restaurant reserves the right to cancel the voucher for any misuse or violation of terms.
  15. Terms of use for the voucher are subject to change without notice and are available at all times on this website.
